Every compliance team we have spoken to runs some version of the same routine: a set of agency websites checked when someone remembers, a folder of newsletter digests, and a spreadsheet that says who is supposed to be watching what. The routine works until the week it does not, and the failure is always expensive in the same way. A rule changed months ago, the effective date arrived, and the first anyone heard of it was a customer, an auditor or an examiner.
Rulify exists to retire that routine. It is a regulatory intelligence platform that monitors regulations, government guidance and agency activity for businesses, then reports each change in plain English with the scope, the effective date and the actions it creates.
One profile, four jobs
You start by telling Rulify what touches you: your industry, the jurisdictions you operate in, the agencies and the topics you care about. That profile becomes the filter for everything else. Rulify then does four jobs continuously. It monitors the official sources tied to your profile. It detects when the text actually moves, rather than when a newsletter mentions it. It explains each change in a few sentences, with the business types in scope and the date it starts to bind. And it turns every change into the work it creates: what to check, what to update, who signs off, and by when.
The result is a feed short enough to read, an effective-date calendar you did not have to build, and a record that shows every change was seen, assessed and acted on.

Rulify launches with coverage built for financial services, healthcare, insurance and employment, beside federal and state registers selected per profile. Coverage is listed on your profile, so you can see exactly which sources are being watched on your behalf before you rely on it.
